We are a design office based in Campinas, in the interior of São Paulo, specializing in contemporary and minimalist architecture.
We are always looking for the design of rational, efficient, sustainable buildings, without neglecting the fundamentals of aesthetics and proportion.
We design spaces to be lived and contemplated, having the comfort and well-being of the user as a fundamental point.
what we do?
We are present in all stages of the architectural project, from the preliminary study to the executive project and decoration. We design architecture and interiors as inseparable parts of a whole, so that one complements the other.
Our projects are conceived in a global way, as we pay attention to all scales, from the general layout of the building, to the small details of coatings, joinery and the choice of furniture.
how we do?
We are pioneers in the implementation of bim (building information modeling) technology, in which the project is not only designed, but also virtually “built”, modeled in order to obtain numerous information linked to all stages of construction.
This practice results in much more assertive projects, since we do not design the building in two dimensions, but model the entire construction process that will result in the finished work. In this way, quantities and budgets acquire greater precision, mistakes become less and less frequent in the project and the compatibility process becomes more efficient, with fewer errors and revisions.
